Repro Italian WWII Headgear

We make all our repro headgear, except for the fezzes, and the helmets which we repaint in the correct gray-green, stencil them with your choice of stencils and in some cases apply a reproduction leather chin strap (but most of the time the straps are original WWII, as are other parts, like the shell or liner can be).
We like to point out once again that our repros are exact replicas not the "coloring book" theatrical types usually available elsewhere. The fabric, stitches, liners, and in the case of the helmets the paint and accessories, are all period correct! We go so far as to stamp the liners of our hats with depot and size stamps (just like our repro uniforms), taking care to add our stylized (period looking) IFG logo to help distinguish them from originals.

M29 khaki cotton bustina. Used extensively during the 1935-36
Ethiopian invasion, especially by Black Shirts; in 1942 the Folgore
Paratrooper div. made this their field hat. Even after the adoption of the M35
bustina the M29 continued to be used in Africa by regular infantry; avail
